Postify Privacy Policy

Postify "the App" provides a shipping label generator using österreichische post "the Service" to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account, such as your store's name, email address, and location. We also collect information necessary for generating the shipping label, including the recipient's name and address, the weight of the package, and the shipping method. We do not save any personal information, and we only process and generate and host the shipping label file as PDFs so our customer can print them out. We do not collect any information other than ones necessary for generating the shipping label, and we do not use any third-party company other than österreichische post company.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. We may also use this personal information to communicate with you, optimize or improve the App, and provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We use an opt-out approach for targeted advertising.

We retain the shipping label data in case our customers need to reprint it again. But if the User decides to delete them with the "Reset" function, it will be permanently deleted from our servers.
